Madalin Stunt Cars 3 or Madalin Cars Multiplayer? Which Madalin Game You Are Actually Playing

Four games, one developer

Madalin Stanciu released the first Madalin Stunt Cars in 2015 as a Unity web-player game, followed it with Madalin Stunt Cars 2, then added other players with Madalin Cars Multiplayer, and finished the run in 2019 with a bigger build officially titled Madalin Stunt Cars 3. All four share the same recipe: an open map, a garage of supercars, ramps, and no objective beyond the next jump.

Why the names got mixed up

Madalin Cars Multiplayer was the third Madalin game to reach the web, and it arrived two years before the official Stunt Cars 3. Game portals that had already listed Stunt Cars 1 and 2 filed it as the third one, and the name stuck. If you have played 'Madalin Stunt Cars 3' on a school Chromebook, the odds are it was Cars Multiplayer: the title screen says so in blue letters.

How to tell them apart

Cars Multiplayer has three maps and a garage that runs to dozens of cars, with Single Player and Multiplayer buttons in the top right of the garage. The 2019 Stunt Cars 3 has a larger set of maps, a redesigned menu and a download of well over a hundred megabytes, and it only runs on the developer's own website because the build checks where it is hosted.
